Delivery & Returns


Our mirrors are made to order for each client, with a lead time of approximately 4 weeks, but this can vary depending on our production schedule. Please contact us for current lead times. For mirrors that are in stock and ready to be delivered, see our stock page.


UK Only

We offer a specialist courier service for locations in the UK at a standard rate of £50. Your order will be delivered to the address you specify when placing your order.


You are most welcome to collect your mirror yourself, or arrange a collection from our London workshop in W10. Please contact us if you would like to do this and we will let you know when your order is available to collect.

Outside the UK

Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service for locations outside of the UK. You are welcome to order a mirror from us and arrange your own delivery to your desired location.


Unwanted Items:

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you have changed your mind and would like to return a product then please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order to arrange the return.

Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer’s responsibility until we receive it back – we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance or a courier service. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. We’ll only refund or replace them if they have a fault or have arrived broken.

Faulty Items:

If you have received an item that has been damaged whilst being shipped or has arrived with a fault, we require you to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us at [email protected] with photos.
